Tekinisiye is a platform that connects users with professional technical service providers in Rwanda. The Service facilitates the discovery, booking, and management of technical services.

IMPORTANT: By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All information you provide, including but not limited to personal data, service requests, reviews, ratings, and any other content shared on the platform, may be used by Fabriq Technologies Ltd. (the owner of Tekinisiye) for any purpose deemed necessary by the company.
• Fabriq Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to collect, store, process, analyze, and utilize all user-generated content and data for business purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Service improvement and platform optimization
  • Business analytics and market research
  • Marketing and promotional activities

  • Any other business purpose deemed appropriate by Fabriq Technologies Ltd.
• You grant Fabriq Technologies Ltd. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display any content you submit to the platform.

Tekinisiye and Fabriq Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to Terms

Fabriq Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
